POEA lifts deployment ban on 3 countries
Some good news to OFWs: The POEA was recently instructed by the POEA Governing Board to lift the deployment ban of OFWs in Libya, Nigeria and South Sudan. It instructed the POEA to resume the processing of documents of OFWs that are headed to these countries.

POEA penalizes 11 recruitment agencies
In its Press Release, POEA Administrator Hans Leo Cacdac has ordered the preventive suspension of Reajent Manpower Services due to the non-valid job orders it promised in Australia. 40 jobseekers filed nine (9) recruitment violation cases against it.
