MANILA, Dec. 21 (PNA) -- Airport authorities on Monday announced the implementation of a new traffic scheme around Circulo del Mundo to facilitate better traffic for passengers going to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 in Pasay City.

DFA Services during 2015 December holidays
In compliance with Proclamation No. 831, s. 2014 and Proclamation No. 1105, s. 2015, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) would like to advise the public that there will be no consular services (e.g., passport, authentication/”red ribbon,” consular civil registration and other related services) in the DFA Office of Consular Affairs-Aseana and in all DFA Satellite Offices in Metro Manila and all DFA Regional Consular Offices on the following dates this December 2015 and January 2016:

POEA: Licensed recruitment agencies deploying domestic workers required to have Facebook accounts
Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac has issued Memorandum Circular No. 1, series of 2015, requiring recruitment agencies to have Facebook accounts, for the following purposes:
(1) Communication platform for deployed domestic workers;
(2) Dispute prevention;
(3) Endorsement of complaints; and
(4) Submission of reports to the POEA.
