Recruiters warned on HSW protection failure

The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) yesterday reiterated that recruitment agencies shall be held accountable for incidents of abuse, exploitation, or breach of
contract committed by household employers against Filipino household service workers (HSWs).
